From ‘Candy Infused Green Vodka’ to ‘Lucky Leprechaun Cocktail’s’ here’s the only list of St Patrick’s Day Cocktails you’ll need to get the party started with a bang! There’s some seriously tasty ones to choose from but my favorite is definitely the Mint Chocolate Chip Baileys Milkshake! And if you’ve got a gang of crazies coming your way and don’t want to spend the entire day whipping up cocktails then try out the St Patricks Day Jungle Juice…you can make a bath-load to keep you going the entire day!
1. Liquid Mary Jane by Tipsy Bartender
Check out this awesome liquid mary jane cocktail – start off with lots of ice followed by coconut rum, spiced rum, melon liqueur, sweet and sour, pineapple juice and blue curacao to give you that awesome mary jane effect! then add some pineapple in the shape of a leaf and you’re good to go!
2. Kryptonite Cocktail by Tipsy Bartender
This is a super delicious cocktail that will get your St Pattys party off with a bang! So start off with some spiced rum, coconut rum, pineapple juice, melon liqueur and then top it up with some Bacardi 151. This is a super sweet cocktail with lots of bite – so if you’re having some extra special friends over be sure to make a few of these!
3. Dirty Bath Water by Cook E DoeFace Place
First up you’ll want to grab your cocktail shaker with lots of ice and add two shots of Mad Dog 20/20, then add a shot of vanilla vodka, peach schnapps and add some pina colada mix then shake it like a polaroid picture! This is a great way to start your party and after a few of these everyone will want to get the music loud and party into the night!
The great thing about making cocktails like these is that you can vary the amount of alcohol you put into each one – and you can also buy lesser strength vodka if you don’t want to get too drunk. So decide on what cocktails you like best then get all the ingredients you need – depending on how many guests you’re going to invite. And don’t forget to buy ice – try and work out what amount you’ll need. Then double that – trust me – you’ll never have enough ice!
So once you get all your St Patricks Day decorations sorted then it’s time to start preparing your cocktails. Here’s a little tip – have a couple of different shots that you can make – like Irish Flags – that you can make multiples of really quickly. If you get a lot of guests arriving at once – there’s no better way to start the party other than a couple of visually awesome shots – and then whilst they slow down with a few beers or some glasses of vino – you can then start rustling up all your awesome cocktails!
